Please ask for a complimentary PDF copy of your scanned document (max. size A4) by email, should you like one.

Please note, the prices quoted above are from jobs we have done for previous clients, so your documents may not come to the same amount. We can only give you a firm price on seeing copies of your documents. Prices vary between documents due to length, complexity of layout, legibility and urgency.

Based on 1-sided A4 documents, prices include VAT and certification in English, or both English and the target language in the case of translations for abroad. Please note, we charge by the number of words and complexity of layout, not per document, with a minimum charge of £62.00 including VAT for a certified translation. In the case of a couple who used our services for their wedding abroad, we offer a discounted minimum for a certified English translation of their marriage certificate – necessary to change a wife’s name in her passport, for instance.

Most translations take between 1 and 4 working days to complete, with an extra day required for first class postage; registered or express delivery at extra charge. Your full contact details, including postal address, email (if any) and telephone number with advance payment are required before translation commences.

Payment can be made by credit card (£4 fee), debit card (£1 fee), UK cheque, BACS, SWIFT (all charges to be paid by you) and by postal order, Eurogiro or via TransCash at any Post Office, using a credit or debit card or cash. We now also accept payment by PayPal (£3 fee) and Moneybookers.
